Victor was born and Raised in Huntsville, AL 1964, he is 55 years old He graduated from Huntsville High School 1982 and graduated with a degree in mathematics from Calhoun College in 1990 Victor then went on to graduate University of Alabama in Huntsville 1995 – Finance. Victor has been married to Marry Howard for over 20 years and has 4 children. He is the Owner of Discount Bonding Co and has been in the bail business for 29 years. Victor has steadily been involved in Alabama Bail Industry he has served as President of Huntsville Bail bond Association 2010 – 2012, Alabama Bail Bond Association – Board of Directors 2012-2015, and currently sits on the Alabama Bail Bond Association board as – Vice President 2019. Most recently Victor was appointed by Governor Kay Ivey to the Alabama State Bail Bond Regulatory Board.

Ruby was born and raised in Dothan Alabama. She moved to Tuscaloosa in 1985.Ruby is 65 years old, She has been married to Terry Clarke for 15 years they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Ruby has always been entrepreneur and has owned many businesses over the years, she started her bail bond path in bail bonding in 19996 working for Mr. Bobs Bail bonds as an agent. In 2004 she started her own Company Alabama Bail Bonds, LLC with her daughter Jennifer and went on to open Alabama’s Best Bail Bonds in 2006. She proudly services over 18 counties and Municipalities. Falisa Moore is a Real Estate Broker/Agent at Forever Moore Real Estate with (18) eighteen years’ experience in the real estate business. I have been a real estate abstractor for eighteen years, five years a real estate agent, and 2 years a Qualifying Real Estate Broker. I am known for my extensive knowledge of residential and the land property market. I am passionate about helping my clients find the perfect home and/or property. While attending The Real Estate Academy in Birmingham, AL, I earned a degree in real estate on the selling side of the business. Three years later I studied with The Real Estate Career Academy to complete required hours to become my own Qualifying Broker and start my own Real Estate Brokerage. I currently reside in Dixons Mills, AL. I have been married to the love of my life, Jacob Moore for 25 years. We share four beautiful children and five precious grandchildren. Selena was born in Memphis, TN but raised in Dallas, Texas. She moved to Alabama in 1986. Selena and her husband Tim will celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary in December 2021. Selena and Tim share 7 children and 4 grandchildren. Out of their 7 children they still have 2 at home, their youngest son is a sophomore in high school and their youngest daughter is a junior in college. Selena was a legal assistant for 6 years prior to her joining the bail industry where she has gone from a part time bookkeeper to a full time bail/recovery agent/manager handling 7 counties. Selena was elected as Bail Agent Representative for the Alabama Bail Bond Association Board in July, 2021.

​Sheila Stanford Emfinger is with A & S Bail Bonding Co., Inc., serving Jefferson, Shelby, and Winston Counties. She has been in the bail bond industry for 42 years and is originally from Jasper, Alabama.

Before entering the bail bond profession, Sheila worked at Drummond Company and Drummond Coal in international sales accounting and field accounting. Her first job was in retail at G. C. Murphy. Sheila became involved in the bail bond industry after her first husband, who owned an independent insurance agency, was approached by one of his companies about expanding into bail. As the business grew, Sheila left her job to work alongside him.

Sheila has a long history of service and leadership within Alabama’s bail bond industry. She served on the Board of the original Alabama Bail Association, created in 1991, and later served as Vice President. She currently serves on the Alabama Bail Bond Association Board as the appointed Ex-Officio Board Adviser.

Sheila is proud to have been part of the group that helped pass the 1991 Bail Reform Act through the Alabama Legislature. She was also honored to receive the Association’s first Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, Sheila established a Facebook group specifically for bail in Alabama to help keep the industry connected and informed.

For Sheila, being part of the Alabama Bail Bond Association means continuing the work the original association was created to do: represent bail companies, owners, bail agents, and recovery agents in Alabama. She believes the Association plays an important role in educating, supporting, and promoting the interests of those involved in the bail bond profession.

Outside of work, Sheila is active in music and service through her church. She is a member of her church orchestra and plays flute and piccolo. She also fills in at other churches and facilities when needed to play piano or keyboard.

Sheila has three adult daughters, all of whom are married, and five grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing and listening to music, reading, and playing tennis when time allows.

Sheila says one of the things she enjoys most about the bail bond industry is that every day brings something new. She believes every person and every situation has taught her something, and she hopes to be known as someone who does the same for others.

Alesia was born at Elgin Air Force base and is the daughter of a carrier Airforce Veteran. Alesia is the current owner of A+ Bail Bonds, The company was founded over 30 years ago by Royce Kyser, Alesia’s husband. Alesia has been in the business herself for over 18 years and has taken over operation of the company since Royce Death in 2014. Alesia has three Children, a daughter and two sons. Alesia currently sits on the board of directors as a board member and oversees membership. Most recently Alesia was appointed by Governor Kay Ivey to the Alabama State Bail Bond Regulatory Board.

Greg was born and raised in Escambia County, Alabama, and has spent most of his life there. After graduating from Flomaton High School in 1987, he served in the United States Air Force before returning home.

Greg worked for several years as an EMT and later furthered his medical career by earning an Associate Degree in Nursing. He went on to work for many years as an Emergency Room and ICU nurse and followed his dream of becoming a Certified Flight RN. Although he is now semi-retired from nursing, he still maintains his RN license.

Greg opened Central Bail Bonds of Alabama in 2015 and was elected to the Board in 2023. He was awarded Bondsman of the Year in 2024.

Greg also serves on the board for Heavenly Outdoor Adventures, an organization dedicated to providing special needs and handicapped children with once-in-a-lifetime hunting and fishing adventures.

As a dad and pawpaw, Greg loves spending time with his family and truly enjoys giving back to the community he serves.
